Growing up in Iowa, the heartland of America’s midwest, Ben Garrett has been creating and writing music that blends indie Christian rock, folk, and the spiritual music of the church since he was 14.

With a healthy dose of nostalgia and an appetite for the open road, Ben Garrett’s music not only seeks the divine but also finds spirituality in relationships, love, and the complexity of everyday life.

For the past 10 years, BG has lived in Nashville, TN, where he has been producing, writing, and performing with various groups such as Zealand Worship, Iron Range, Chris Renzema, Austin Plaine, Katy Nichole, and CAIN.
